Refund & Returns

At Rose Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The garment will have to be sent back to us with all tags still on and unworn.

Absolutely no item will be replaced under the claim of damage if reported after the 24-hour period.

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as per your preference.

Please note that the shipping cost for returning the damaged item will be borne by us.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
